Profile

Erica developed an interest in energy and sustainability issues while studying interdisciplinary systems engineering at the Australian National University, and completed her honours project in the renewable energy area.

Since joining Exergy in 1999, Erica has been involved in a wide range of projects, including energy savings monitoring and verification, building energy ratings, simulation of building energy use, and energy audits of commercial buildings, hospitals and hotels. Erica has also and researched case studies and developed educational materials relating to energy efficiency.

Erica is an auditor for the National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS), and a Greenstar professional. She has also been accredited by NABERS to review new building designs that are targeting 4 – 5 stars under the rating scheme.
