Profile

Jake founded Sustainable Focus Pty Ltd in 2001. He is a past recipient of the Young South Australian of the Year Environment Award, and holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (honours) from the University of Adelaide. Jake has worked for a range of companies, NGOs and the Commonwealth government.

He has extensive project management experience in a range of environmental fields and has specific expertise in:

• Energy efficiency and demand management, including energy auditing
• Water management projects integrating end use efficiency, rainwater capture and reuse, aquifer recharge, stormwater management and wastewater minimisation, treatment and reuse
• Assisting organisations developing a business case for investing in sustainability
• Group facilitation and training in sustainability related areas
• Development of publications
• Development and implementation of community engagement programs
