Albury Base Hospital and Wagga Wagga Base Hospital – investment grade energy audit and detailed feasibility study

Exergy completed investment grade energy audits at the Albury and Wagga Base Hospital sites in New South Wales as part of an energy performance contract.  The work included an assessment of previous audits, identification of new energy conservation measures and a detailed investigation into the feasibility of each measure.

Greater Murray Area Health Service Regional Hospitals – investment grade energy audits and detailed feasibility study

Exergy conducted investment grade audits at a number of small regional hospitals operated by the Greater Murray Area Health Service for an extension of an energy performance contract.  Exergy identified substantial opportunities for savings at many sites, particularly in relation to space and hot water heating.

Griffith Base Hospital – Level 2 (detailed) energy audit

Exergy completed a Level 2 energy audit at Griffith Base Hospital in western NSW as part of the preliminary investigations for an energy performance contract.  The key savings identified related to the inefficient steam boiler system at the hospital.

New Children’s Hospital, Westmead – Investment grade energy audit and detailed feasibility study

Exergy completed an investment grade energy audit at the New Children’s Hospital in Westmead, Sydney.  The work included a detailed study into the engineering and financial feasibility of each energy conservation measures identified.

Centrelink facilities, Australia-wide – portfolio energy audit

Exergy developed a standardised method for conducting energy audits in a sample of the 420 Centrelink offices and shopfronts in Australia.  The audits were conducted as part of the first stage of an energy performance contract.

Land and Water Australia offices, Canberra – Level 2 energy audit

Exergy was chosen from a select panel of energy auditors accredited by the Commonwealth government to complete a Level 2 energy audit at the Land and Water offices in Canberra.  The audit covered energy efficiency and occupant comfort issues relating to lighting, air conditioning and office equipment in the tenancy.

Insolvency Trustee Service Australia, Canberra – walkthrough and Level 2 energy audits

Exergy completed walkthrough and detailed energy audits at several Insolvency Trustee Service Australia tenancies in Canberra in 2002.  The audit focussed on lighting, office equipment and electrical metering issues in the tenancies.

Level 1 Energy Audit –  North Sydney
